Super
Trucks Return to JRP for Fireworks Spectacular!

The USST Super Trucks returned to
JRP Speedway for the 3rd time this season to
put on a great show! #9 Rick Perry of Oklahoma City,
remains undefeated here by winning for the 3rd
time. Perry started in the 6th position flying
by his fellow competitors, to take second spot by the 6th
lap. He found it a little more difficult to pass the #92
Ryan Hicks. The duo of thundering trucks, fought each
other for the lead for several laps, with Perry finally
taking the lead for good on the 34th lap to go
on and capture his third win of the season.

Washes Out June 17 Show

Late afternoon showers forced cancellation
of the June 17 regular program at JRP Speedway. Racing
will resume on Saturday, July 1. The oval track will not
be racing on June 24 due to the Kart Nationals. Coinmama

Young Brady Demeree took home his seventh
win of the season, Saturday night at JRP speedway
outrunning his Dad, former IMCA Modified driver, Brad
Demeree in the Pro Mini Stock Division. #55 Gregg
Overstreet of Broken Arrow moved up to pole position when
#7 Brad Demeree decided to scratch to the rear of the
field. Overstreet beat #11 Bobby Milliser off the start
and led the first two laps, before getting passed by the
younger Demeree. Starting at the rear of the field, Dad
Brad, passed #31 Herb Adkins on lap 14 to take third, and
passing Milliser on lap 19 to take second, But Young Brady
was too far gone for Dad to make a challenge. Brady once
again took the checkered flag. Brad second, Milliser
third, Adkins fourth, and Gregg Overstreet rounded out the
top five. Brady also won the heat.
